This wonderful property with marvellous views is located in the Teramo district. It is a few minutes drive from the village of Castilenti. The house is restored in a superb fashion. Castilenti village is a very pleasant small town with all the main services, bars, a school, the post office, the bank, ect. It is 45 minutes from Pescara airport and 40 minutes from the beach. 1hour and 20 minutes from the skiing resort of Passo Lanciano or 1 hour and 25 from Prati di Tivo Skiing resort. The National park is a mere 10 minutes drive.
