This lovely property is located in a fantastic position in Abruzzo. It is 30 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the mountain (skiing resort of Passo Lanciano).
The closest village is just a few kilometres away. You can go into the property either on foot or by car through the driveway or garden path. The property needs to be finished although the ground floor is liveable. At basement level there is a double garage which could be connected to the ground floor through an internal stairwell. On the ground floor there is the main entrance with a large living room and fireplace, one bathroom and a kitchen. On the first floor there is two rooms one could be used as the bathroom and the other could be divided into three, this floor leads out onto a large balcony. All the windows are double glazed therefore are environmentally friendly. The light and the water are connected whereas the gas is not.. The garden around the house has mainly flat land and it is possible to install a swimming pool. Olive trees cover the garden providing much needed shade during the summer. The road leading to the property is very quiet and the view is simply beautiful.
The property has a good potential and a good position, the surrounding is very safe and it is very close to the airport and the motorway leading to Rome. The train station is a mere 4 kilometres away. Miglianico Golf course is 40 minutes drive.
