This property is a wonderful Castle around XII century inside of a wonderful Medieval village in high mountain (1400 sqm on the sea level).

The owners restored it with all very expensive materials.

The floors have been bought from an old church.

The arches, the stairs stones, the iron balconies, the woden beams, the beds, has been take from one of the most antique dealers around Abruzzo, Tuscany and Le Puglie.

A professional  decorator from Tuscany restored the original frescos and he creates also more. The vaulted ceilings in bricks are around all the house. There is an original small room-chapel inside of the Castel that have been restored.

At the gorund floor still be the large cellars space (around 138 sqm) not restored where is possible to create an other access to the castel or transform in an independent unit.

The view from the terrace is great.

There is a large terrace of about 20 sqm and a small balcony and a wonderful "loggia" with arched windows facing the panorama of the mountain.

When you enter there are immediately  private patio with a small tree inside and stone arches.

The Castel has space for many bedrooms but at moment there are 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 1 large kitchen, 2 living rooms (one is simply stunning!)
