RESTORATION Instead
of being satisfied with the
taste and style of others, you
can achieve your dream home by

you wish. We have recommended
professionals to suggest the
best solution for you. At
Italy Houses we obtain the
best quotations comparing them with the
average real-estate market's
prices. The
restoration of a house awards
a lot of satisfaction; in the
usual case the owners are
present to follow the whole
process. We will act as your
supervisor throughout the
reconstruction, assuring that
the work is proceeding
accordingly. Once you have planned with the architect the main guide lines of your house, you may be absent. We will frequently keep you informed by sending you pictures and information about your properties progress. The architect and contractor will require a deposit before initialising any work.

POST SALE ASSISTANCE As
an optional service for only
100 euros per month we can
make regular visits to your
property ensuring everything
is in order, this gives you
the option to also rent your
property (please see under
Letting). Any building work or maintenance will be arranged and overseen, the cost is not incurred in the price of this service and only upon confirmation and payment will be carried out. one
month fee 100 euros + IVA LETTING After
receiving many requests
about after sales letting,
we decided to arrange a
service for all our clients.
Whereby we arrange that your
property can be rented,
taking a percentage of the
